Educated in law and finance, Karan Dinesh Singh Rawat holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Masters of Laws, and a degree in Finance from Harvard University. He leads Spec Finance with a clear vision to build a next-generation financial institution out of GIFT City—redefining how capital is structured, deployed, and scaled across global markets. Operating at the center of strategy and execution, he drives high-value transactions, institutional partnerships, and long-term expansion. His broader ambition is to position GIFT City as a global epicenter of finance—an economic nucleus for next-generation financial structures, capital innovation, and cross-border deal-making.

Mr. Bhaskar Chaugule serves as Director and Chief Technology Officer of SPEC Finance (IFSC) Pvt. Ltd., where he leads the Company's technology vision. He holds a Post Graduate Program in AI and Machine Learning from McCombs School of Business (UT Austin) and EICT Academy IIT Roorkee, along with a background in International Business from NMIMS, Mumbai and a Master's in Commerce. A seasoned technology and business leader with extensive experience in digital transformation, enterprise solutions, and strategic business development, he drives SPEC Finance's innovation-led growth by integrating AI and Blockchain to build scalable, inclusive, and future-ready financial solutions.

Hans Christian Dall Nygård is an experienced finance professional serving as Head – Private Equity at SPEC Finance, an IFSC-licensed NBFC in GIFT City, Gujarat, focused on cross-border financing and investments in emerging markets and BRICS nations. He is also Executive Director of WhiteLight Private Limited, an FME company. His career includes roles as managing partner of several CEE-focused private equity funds and membership in the management group of Helsinki-listed CapMan plc, with €5 billion under management, during which he served as board member or chairman of numerous SMEs across countries and sectors. He was also Chairman of the Norwegian East Chamber of Commerce and Industry, promoting trade between Norway and the Black Sea region, CEE, and Central Asia. Hans holds an M.Sc. in Economics, an Executive MBA, and a CEFA Diploma, and is driven by a vision to position GIFT City as a global hub for finance and cross-border deal-making.

Saurabh Sharma is a corporate lawyer with over 15 years of experience. He specializes in General Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, and GIFT City practice. He has advised Indian and multinational clients, financial institutions, private equity investors, and high-growth companies on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including strategic investments, business transfers, private placements, and reorganizations. His work spans infrastructure, logistics, manufacturing, agritech, healthcare, technology, and defence, and includes India-side execution for global M&A involving listed entities and international buyers. In GIFT-IFSC, he has supported institutions on banking unit setups, fund structures, tokenization platforms, digital lending and payments frameworks, blockchain products, and sandbox initiatives, while guiding RBI and IFSCA approval pathways. Has part of community outreach, he actively mentors law students and young graduates.

Mr. Rajeshkumar Surani is a seasoned Banking and Finance professional and serves as Principal Officer at SPEC Finance (IFSC) Pvt. Ltd., bringing deep financial insight and a governance-oriented approach to the Company's institutional framework. He holds an MBA in Finance and an Executive Diploma in Banking and Accounting from Nirma Institute of Management Studies (2000), reflecting a strong blend of analytical discipline and structured decision-making. At SPEC Finance, his understanding of banking systems and prudent governance approach support responsible growth, regulatory discipline, and a resilient institutional foundation within the evolving GIFT City IFSC ecosystem.

Hartej Singh serves as General Manager – Global Trade Finance at SPEC Finance (IFSC) Pvt. Ltd., driving the Company's trade finance operations with precision amid a shifting global financial landscape. A B.Tech graduate from I.P. University, he combines technical rigor with sharp financial expertise honed over a decade of handling intricate trade finance deals and international transactions. His experience spans the full spectrum of commodity trade finance — transaction cycles, global banking relationships, cash flow management, and foreign exchange hedging. His disciplined execution and sharp commercial judgment make him a powerful asset to SPEC Finance, delivering robust financial solutions across markets, while his strong GIFT City connections fuel the firm's global growth ambitions.
