Mr. Ashish Bhatia is a retired officer of the Indian Police Service (IPS), Gujarat cadre, 1985 batch, with an illustrious career spanning over 37 years in law enforcement and public administration. He served in various high-impact roles across Gujarat and retired as the Director General of Police and Inspector General of Police (Head of Police Force) of Gujarat State in January 2023.

Mr. Bhatia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh. Prior to joining the IPS, he began his career as a trainee engineer with HMT Pinjore and later with the Indian Railways Stores Service, before transitioning into public service. Dr. R.K. Raghavan is a distinguished former officer of the Indian Police Service with over five decades of experience spanning law enforcement, diplomacy, academia, and corporate advisory. His illustrious career began in 1963 and culminated in his appointment as Director of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) from 1999 to 2001. During his tenure, he led several landmark investigations and was instrumental in establishing India’s first cybercrime cell.

Following his retirement from the police service, Dr. Raghavan served as India’s High Commissioner to the Republic of Cyprus from 2017 to 2019, further deepening his engagement with international diplomacy and global governance.

Dr. Raghavan holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from India and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University, USA. A Mechanical Engineer from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, and a seasoned global entrepreneur, Mr. Goyal brings over 35 years of international experience to India’s dynamic financial landscape.

Born and raised in Kurukshetra—the sacred land of the Bhagavad Gita and the Mahabharata—Mr. Goyal grew up in a family deeply rooted in literature and scholarship. As Director General of Police, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Kundu led data-driven reforms that reinforced law and order; during his tenure, the state’s police were conferred the President’s Police Colours, the nation’s highest recognition for uniformed forces.
